Under Construction

Parliament & Co
Corktown, Toront

Something big, bold and completely different is coming to the corner of Queen and Parliament.

Parliament&Co. is a one-of-a-kind building in so many ways. It's got the soaring ceilings, gritty aesthetic, and massive windows of a warehouse conversion – but it’s brand new, with the most high-tech systems available on the market today.

Parliament&Co. lofts are as far away from standard big-box offices as you can get. Each one is unique, with huge windows and the gritty aesthetic of an historic warehouse. But the concrete floors and columns, exposed brick and huge windows that open at the touch of a button, those are anything but old school. They merge with the one-of-a-kind space for a thoroughly modern sensibility.
